The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly, making us feel at home. The rooms were clean, modern and well-maintained, with daily cleaning service. The hotel offered flexibility and quickly accommodated our room change request. The hotel bar had a lively atmosphere, with fun and friendly bartenders. The hotel amenities, such as the pool, fitness center, and sauna, were excellent. The hotel director personally resolved a minor issue for us, demonstrating great attention to detail. The breakfast was delicious and the banquet catering offered healthy and tasty options. The hotel had convenient parking and was pet-friendly.

The rooms and common areas were spotless, and the hotel had great amenities like a swimming pool and gym. The location was convenient, with the metro station just a short walk away, making it easy to get to the city center in just 30 minutes. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this place, which is well situated outside the city centre with 5mins walk to the metro station. The service was exceptional, with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and shops/commercial services available. We loved the in-room amenities which included ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and free toiletries. The dining restaurant was outstanding, offering in-room breakfast, buffet breakfast, and special diet menus. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived at the reception desk.

We highly recommend this hotel to others and we can't find any negative aspects to mention.

He took care of all our needs and went the extra mile to book amazing experiences for us. Bilel truly made us feel at home, even in a foreign country. The manager, Yasser, also played a positive role in our stay, promptly addressing any issues that arose. Despite some minor inconveniences, such as the slow service in the restaurant, the overall experience was amazing. We highly recommend this hotel. we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
